Approaches to Clients' Assignments
Every assignment from our clients, irrespective of the size of the engagement, is the responsibility of the Partners. They are responsible and take ownership for co-ordination and delivery of the service to the client, regardless of the nature of that service, size or its location.
Engagements are carried out in accordance with the firm's client service engagement which we will develop with the aim of delivering a high quality, cost efficient and value-added service to the client. It will be based on the assessment of the nature of the engagement and a thorough evaluation of the client's business characteristics and needs.
As part of quality control, all drafts are usually reviewed by the Partners and discussed with the client before final reports are issued. By this, we ensure that all jobs executed are quality controlled and comply with the standards of the firm and those issued by both the Nigerian and International standards setting bodies that we belong to, as well as meet the need of the client.
Human Resources
The Partners in the firm are seasoned professionals and members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and other professional institutes of repute.
All the other employees and trainees are graduates of reputable universities and polytechnics in Nigeria. All our members of staff are experienced in computer processes and as a medium sized company, we claim competencies comparable with reputable firms.
