Mr. Kalu is an Associate Member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Certified Forensic Accountant. He holds B.Sc. Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Lagos State. He worked with United Bank for Africa PLC, serving in various departments and branch networks with over 18 years' experience before leaving to join Synergy Investment and Security Limited as the General Manager (Finance and Operations). Mr Charles Kalu trained with the firm of U.U. Uche & Co. (A firm of Chartered Accountants), in Lagos and thereafter worked with Multi-Links Telecommunications Limited. He has been involved in many projects and re-structuring in these organizations over the years. He has attended various professional and on the job trainings, seminars and workshops including IFRS Certification Training Programmes organized by the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Audit Proficiency Course by Deloitte Academy for Auditors. He is a registered Professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, Corporate Affairs Commission and Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME). He is versed in surmounting operational challenges confronting Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria.

Mr Ukpai started his working career as a professional accountant in Ijewere & Co (Chartered Accountants) a foremost accounting firm in Nigeria where he gained good knowledge of necessary practical accounting practice and control and corporate tax issues. He thereafter joined the banking industry and has over 10 years banking experience and was fortunate to pioneer the establishment and supervision of the internal control arm of a commercial bank, Continental Trust Bank with high automation of processes. He ended his banking career in Oceanic Bank in 2009 where he headed and supervised the IT Audit and Control Unit. He has also been in the academia. Mr Ukpai has accumulated over twenty five years cognate working experience before going into private practice. He is a specialist in IT Audit and a member of several professional bodies local and international. Mr Emeka was one of the few Nigerian professionals who had the opportunity to participate in the first ever National Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI) audits in the country and gained tremedous experience from that assignment working with international consultants. He was part of the team that handled a WORLD BANK SPONSORED PROJECT for the review of Payroll system for the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2004.

Prince Fred Ododo is a graduate of Banking & Finance. An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He had over 30 years working experience with Union Bank PLC where he rose to the post of Branch Manager, before disengaging from the organization to join our team. While at the bank, he was involved in numerous appraisals, evaluation and executions. He brings wealth of knowledge and experience to bear on all the engagements of the firm.
